Every stream generates royalties most artists never collect. Oracle Artists Publishing makes sure you don't leave money on the table.
Every song has two copyrights — the master recording (what you hear) and the composition (what was written). Most artists focus on the master. The composition generates its own revenue streams that most independent artists miss entirely.
Performance rights organizations (PROs) collect performance royalties when your songs are played on radio, in venues, or on streaming platforms. But they only collect one type of royalty. Mechanical royalties — the payments owed to songwriters when a song is mechanically reproduced (streamed, downloaded, or pressed to vinyl) — require a separate collection society. Most independent artists don't register with an MLC or mechanical collection society, leaving 20-30% of their composition royalties uncollected.
That's how much mechanical royalties go uncollected every year in the US alone. The MLC (Mechanical Licensing Collective) publishes this data annually. Why? Because most independent songwriters don't know they need to register. Your Oracle Artists team handles all of it — registration, collection, and monthly payouts to you.
The world has no single royalty collection system. Each territory has its own collection societies, registration requirements, and payment timelines. A song played in 50 countries needs to be registered in 50 different places to collect all its royalties. We handle all of it. Our partnerships with local collection societies and mechanical agencies ensure your music gets registered and paid in every major market — automatically.
Sync placements are where serious money comes from. A single placement in a Netflix show, indie film, or commercial can generate more revenue than years of streaming. But sync opportunities only come to music that's registered, properly catalogued, and actively pitched. We maintain constant contact with producers, music supervisors, and advertising agencies. Every song in your catalog is a candidate for placement.
Real placements. Real artists. Real opportunities.

A PRO (Performance Rights Organization) collects only performance royalties — money owed when your song is publicly performed (radio, streaming, venues, TV). A publisher handles everything else: mechanical royalties, sync licensing, and proactive pitching for placements. Think of it this way: your PRO is reactive (waits for performances to happen), and your publisher is proactive (actively pursues new revenue streams).
No. Oracle Artists doesn't buy your publishing. You retain 100% ownership of your compositions. We're an administrator — we register your music, collect on your behalf, and handle the paperwork. You stay in complete control.
Transparent, simple pricing. We take a percentage of what we collect — typically 15-20% depending on your volume and the services you use. No upfront fees. You only pay when we collect money for you.
Collection societies take 2-4 months to process and distribute royalties. Once we collect from them, you get paid monthly on your statement. So from a stream happening to payment hitting your account is typically 3-6 months depending on the source.
Yes. You can have different administrators handling different catalogs or territories. We recommend consolidating for simplicity, but it's your choice.
No lock-in. You can terminate the relationship with 30 days notice. Your compositions remain yours. We'll transfer all registrations and future royalties go to whoever you choose next.
